- Reflection allows for new insights which is needed to have wisdom and it creates a relationship between your mind and your body.
- The release allows our mind to create a relationship with our bodies so that we become aware of our physical self and our environment.
- Re-Envisioning opens our mind to new possibilities that allows for expansion and decreases limiting thoughts.
- Radical Embodiment takes the Re-Envisioned perspective and uses it to connect our mind and body through movement. We participate and immerse our self in our new way of being.

I am a women’s empowerment coach who is committed to helping you reconnect with your authentic self, through movement, meditation, and exploring what is true for you through coaching.
After many years of experience as a dancer and educator I realized that many of us are stuck in perfection and negative mind chatter that inhibits all of our experiences and keeps us from achieving our greatest dreams.
