When I suddenly lost my fiance in 2011, everything changed for me; I lost trust in this world. I did not speak about it because it was too painful and I did not want to appear weak. I went back college and got my degree all the time keeping silent. My coaching certification was next….silence. It wasn’t until I began producing events, creating a vision that was bigger than myself did I find my voice through community and the power of the shared experience. I now coach women who have gone through a major life happening and who are ready to recreate themselves and their lives so they can be seen with the YOU First….6 month coaching program.
Until I found the courage to tell my story and accept the unacceptable that my business truly began. I did it with fear, it was painful, and every step I took was shaky. And that is how it is done.
