As a performer, I was stuck in perfection and judgment. Walking off stage focusing on my mistakes. Hiding from accolades because in my heart I thought I was not worthy… I hid for many years…Knowing I was so much more…Knowing I had a message….Knowing I wanted to create an impact.
I finally let go of the crippling perfection that held me back for so many years…And Now…Here I am!

When I suddenly lost my fiance in 2011, everything changed for me; I lost trust in this world. I did not speak about it because it was too painful and I did not want to appear weak. I went back college and got my degree all the time keeping silent. My coaching certification was next….silence. It wasn’t until I began producing events, creating a vision that was bigger than myself did I find my voice through community and the power of the shared experience.
I now coach women who have gone through a major life happening and who are ready to recreate themselves and their lives so they can be seen with the YOU First….6 month coaching program.

My truth! Being a coach is easy, becoming an entrepreneur was not so easy! It became apparent that if I wanted to serve women with their empowerment I must embrace being an entrepreneur.
